Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute Your acknowledgment of the modifications and Your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.
  • If we make any material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify You either through the email address You have provided us, or by placing a prominent notice on our website.

Contact Us and Booked Services

  • As part of the provision of services, Stackcrafters will retain contact details and postal addresses for You when direct contact is made through the website, or a purchase is made through the website. Stackcrafters will keep those details on file for the purpose of the provision.
  • Stackcrafters will keep this data secure as is reasonably practicable in accordance with Section 6 Security.
  • Stackcrafters will endeavour to keep the information accurate, however will not, unless requested, contact You directly to ensure currency of information.
  • Stackcrafters will only release information to a properly appointed authority.

  • Should You require Your details to be removed from or updated within Stackcrafters’ records then contact Stackcrafters directly.
  • Should there be a dispute between You and Stackcrafters in the way in which Your data has been stored or handled, Stackcrafters will attempt to reach a resolution directly with you in the first instance. Should this not be acceptable, Stackcrafters will appoint a third party expert for dispute resolution in this field.

Services and Approved Works

  • Stackcrafters are committed to complying with GDPR and associated best practice with regards to the use of personal information.
  • Stackcrafters is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office, reference number INSERT HERE.
  • When proceeding to instruct Stackcrafters to provide services, Stackcrafters will request information relating to you, your company and the services you require. This will typically be stored within Stackcrafters’ client database for a period of 7 years.
  • This will include your and or Company name, branch, address, contact details, email and telephone number, web address. This data is stored securely within Stackcrafters’ Client data store.
  • Information relating to services can be varied. It will almost certainly include names of individuals involved in the project.
  • Information disclosed to Stackcrafters by the Client is required to have complied with GDPR directions, in that the Client is responsible for ensuring that consent has been given in this regard. For the purpose of the rules, Stackcrafters will be considered the Data Processor, and you will be considered the Data Controller.
  • Your legal rights in this regard are the right to be informed (as detailed within this Agreement), the right of access to the data, the right to rectification, the right to erasure, the right to restrict processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, the right not to be subject to automated decision-making including profiling.
  • Access to the data held about you can be requested by contacting Stackcrafters’ Data Protection Officer (DPO).
  • Information held relating to any services delivered will be retained for a period of 7 years, or for the period stated and agreed in the Your approved schedule of works (SOW).
